Novotel's proximity to Suvarnabhumi airport is unbeatable, with a convenient 10-minute walk from the Sky train ticket kiosk. the air-conditioned tunnel directly to the hotel and complimentary water in the room add extra value to the stay.

Fairly clean, impressive hotel had nice lobby. The room was luxurious and spacious included a mini-bar, satellite television and climate control.

Staying at this hotel was a breeze! the location is perfect for quick layovers, with a free shuttle service or a short walk through an underground passage straight to the airport terminal. the breakfast service starts at 3 am, which is great for tired travellers. the swimming pool is inviting, and the spa center is a lovely place to relax. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the spacious rooms, excellent breakfast options, and various relaxation amenities made our short stay truly enjoyable.

One thing that could be improved is the pricing, especially for meals at the restaurant, which might be a bit higher than expected. clearer instructions or signage for guests navigating the hotel's layout could be beneficial, as some guests may find the long walks to their rooms on different floors slightly inconvenient.

A safe box, a mini bar fridge and a sitting area in my superior twin room were useful during my stay at the present time. I was met by superfriendly and polite staff at the lobby.

This fairly clean hotel has a modern foyer. Everyone who works in the property is polite and exceptional. Facilities are excellent, and there's shuttle to airport.

Really handy right by the airport when we had one night in Bangkok. The 24 hour check in/out was a great feature and meant we could spend a full day by the pool and still have our room up until 8pm before getting our long flights home. The pool and pool area were lovely, clean, and refreshing. The spa and wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic for relaxation, and the nearby landmarks like Vous Spa and Wat Hua Ku Wararam added a touch of cultural exploration to our stay, enhancing our family bonding experience.

All in all everything was very clean, had a pleasant stay for a long time. Loved the double room with a comfortable bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast had plenty of good food and drinks.

Outdated Rooms

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was stunningly beautiful, it had ideal location just next door to airport, the terminals and Bangkok. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, the room was magnificent. There was lots of great meals.

Everything was lovely, had a fairly nice stay at the time. The stuff was exceptional, provided a fast check-in and an easy check-out. The restaurant was good on ground floor, it had excellant dishes. I loved it, recommendable.

Wow 🌟 loved the convenient tunnel from airport to hotel! but, 🙁 room near laundry shoot was noisy. Breakfast had many options. Staff seemed embarrassed; maybe wrong job? so many leisure facilities but rooms need refurbishment.

Although prices are on the higher side, the excellent buffet breakfast and resort-like amenities are worth it. The hotel's attention to detail and easy access through the underground walkway add to its appeal.

I chose Novotel for its convenient location near Suvarnabhumi Airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite Thai cuisine. The Square restaurant offered an "Early Full Breakfast Buffet" from 03:00 -10:30 hrs, as well as a wide selection of international dishes. The hotel also has a tropical swimming pool with pool bar, VOUS spa, and private dining facilities.

I chose Novotel for its proximity to the Ban Yat Sup Market, but was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of delicious Thai, Asian, and European room service options, along with freshly brewed Illy coffee and a variety of pastries. The hotel also offers exciting sports competitions and an extensive dining experience at The Square restaurant.

We visited the Bangkok National Museum and it was so cool, like ancient Thai history coming to life! Then we hit up a famous local market for some epic shopping and street food. The hotel's location made it super easy to get around and explore.

We wished the hotel had more nightlife options for young party-goers. A fun bar or club on-site would have been the icing on the cake for our trip!

The hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to have our included breakfast when we arrived, setting us up for a great day of sightseeing. The free shuttle bus from the airport is a major selling point. The building itself is impressive and although the reception is at the back of the main entrance, the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. The hotel staff are always helpful, greeting guests with warm smiles and providing great customer service. The room was massive with a spacious bathroom overlooking the pool area. The wi-fi and air conditioning were great, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the food at the Chinese restaurant was amazing, although a bit pricey.

the buffet for both dinner and breakfast was surprisingly better than my previous visits. the value for money was impressive, and the food was delicious. the pool and gardens were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for travelers in transit, and I loved that I could book a 24-hour period from my arrival time.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is just a stone's throw from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The ease of walking through the airconditioned underground walkway with our children was a huge plus. The quick and efficient check-in process allowed us to settle into our comfortable and spacious room in no time, giving us much-needed rest before our onward journey.

In my wife's opinion, a dedicated children's play area or activities within the hotel premises would have been a welcome addition to keep the kids entertained during our stay.
